Dr. Leahy specializes in neurorehabilitation, neurodevelopment, pediatrics, orthopedics and geriatrics. She has worked in multiple settings over the past 14 years including: Children's Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick on the Brain Injury Team, Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center in Little Silver and Meridian Subacute Rehab at Wall.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband Christian, her daughter Abigail, new baby boy Buddy, twin nieces Annie and Emma, family and friends. She is an avid beachgoer and sports fan. She especially loves basketball, swimming and camping.

During his education, he received class awards for clinical and research work. Dr. Perdomo's professional career started in orthopedic clinical work in private practice and outpatient hospital setting since graduating.
He became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2014. Dr. Perdomo is dedicated to always advancing his clinical education and staying current with evidence-based physical therapy practice.

Dr. Brendan Gallagher graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors in Health Studies in 2008 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. He started his career at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City where he gained experience in the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.
Brendan then spent several years broadening his physical therapy experience by working as a travel physical therapist at various institutions throughout both Southern and Northern California. Brendan then moved back to his home state of New Jersey where he advanced his skills in outpatient orthopedics at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and achieved his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (O.C.S.) designation in 2017.
Dr. Gallagher was then hired by Trinity Rehab as a Clinic Director to oversee the start-up of their Shrewsbury location. Following a successful startup, he was promoted to Area Director within the company to oversee multiple locations throughout Monmouth County.
In 2022, Brendan was hired by Pearl Rehab as a Home Care Physical Therapist where he has been working since. Dr. Gallagher has found that working in the Home Care Setting has allowed him to provide high quality patient care in a 1 on 1 setting. Chris has worked in businesses of all sizes, including an outpatient facility in Florida and several home care services providers within New Jersey. He joined the Pearl team in 2022 and continues to focus his efforts on high quality care for his patients.

Dr. Coll received his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in 2007. In 2014, he became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Dr. Coll’s initial interest in physical therapy arose from personal experience as a patient. Active in sports in high school, he sustained various injuries that required rehabilitation. This personal experience fostered an interest and passion for the rehabilitation process.
Clinically, he has worked extensively in the outpatient orthopedic setting with additional experience working in sub-acute rehabilitation and home care setting. Dr. Coll specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, vestibular conditions and post-concussion management.

Dr. Cianciarulo graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2013 with her Bachelors in Health Science. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 through Quinnipiac’s fast track professional program.
Since graduating over four years ago, Dr. Cianciarulo has practiced in several outpatient facilities treating a wide range of patients from pediatric to geriatric. She has extensive experience treating orthopedic conditions including both surgical and non-surgical. Dr. Cianciarulo specializes in dance medicine. She is also a certified Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) provider and is currently working to further enhance her knowledge on pain science.
Dr. Cianciarulo enjoys creating meaningful relationships with her patients and developing collaborative personalized plans in order to help her patients reach all of their goals no matter how big or small.

Dr. George’s passion for physical therapy came from his love of sports and undergoing physical therapy, himself, at a young age.
Since graduation, Dr. George has been pursuing his dream of working in an outpatient orthopedic setting. He has also worked in the homecare setting with pediatric and geriatric populations. He specializes in treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions. He delivers personalized care to help patients achieve their goals to optimize independence and functional mobility.

Dr. Rodriguez's interest in rehabilitation began when he was a therapy aide. After earning his master’s degree and becoming a certified athletic trainer on 2003, he worked at an outpatient physical therapy clinic for almost 12 years. Dr. Rodriguez also had an internship at the end of the 2003 season with the NBA Knicks and continued working with high level athletes, as head athletic trainer from 2004 to 2015 for both the NY Rugby Club and the NY Knights Rugby League. Currently, Dr. Rodriguez is still a consultant for both teams. Dr. Rodriguez has also worked for the ODP soccer organization during their annual international championship games in Europe.
