SENIOR PART-TIME OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Lori completed her BS in Occupational Therapy at Quinnipiac University in 1998. Since then, she has worked in acute care hospitals completing rotations in all units from orthopedics to ICU. Lori has functioned as a senior therapist, leading teams of PTs, OTs and STs. Lori has also worked in the subacute setting at Care One King James for over a decade. She was able to hone her skills in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Personally, Lori is a hopeless optimist who sees the beauty and possibility in even the toughest times. She loves to encourage her patients to work hard and achieve their goals. She believes Occupational Therapy is a way to instill coaching in life skills after an illness or injury or for those with lifelong disabilities. Most of all, Lori enjoys helping people live their best life, no matter what.
